Where do you ship? We currently ship within Lebanon. DM us on Instagram @fajr_lb if you're outside Lebanon and we'll see what we can do.

How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Lebanon.

How do I know which size to pick? All our caps are one-size-fits-most with an adjustable strap at the back. The docker cap runs slightly smaller — if you have a larger head, size up or reach out before ordering.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed. For tracking updates, message us on Instagram @fajr_lb with your order number.

The discount didn't apply — what do I do? Bundle discounts (Buy 2, Buy 3) are applied automatically in the cart. Make sure you're adding the right quantity. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll sort it out.
